A 16% VAT applies to all electronic payments, including credit/debit cards and US checking account payments.

Please note that processing fees vary depending on the selected payment method and are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the payment platform.

All vessels are fully equipped with life jackets, emergency equipment, and first aid kits. If you have any allergies or medical requirements, please let us know when booking and bring any necessary medication to ensure a safe and comfortable experience aboard.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to accommodate our guests whenever possible.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours before the charter qualify for a full refund of the deposit/payment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 24–48 hours before the charter qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Each boat has a standard occupancy of guests. Additional passengers have an 'extra guest fee', with the price depending on the boat, each boat also has a maximum capacity.

All vessels come with life jackets, emergency equipment, and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring the required medication in the event of an emergency and let us know when booking to avoid those ingredients in the menu.

Our cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms:

48 Hours Before Your Cruise: If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled cruise, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.

24-48 Hours Before Your Cruise: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of your cruise will be eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit or payment.

Within 24 Hours of Your Cruise: Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your cruise are not eligible for a refund.
