To secure your booking, we request a deposit. Once your deposit is received, we will promptly send you a complete confirmation email along with a receipt, ensuring your reservation is fully confirmed.
Although round-trip transportation is not included in the charter price, we'd be happy to assist. We offer private transportation services, hotel pickups, airport transfers, or dinner reservations, at a special rate exclusive to our guests, significantly more affordable than regular rates.
To enhance your experience, we offer luxury round-trip transportation in our premium vans at an exclusive discounted rate. While not included in the charter price, this private service is significantly more affordable than local taxis or external providers, and ensures comfort from your hotel to the marina and back.
Important information before booking your boat rental in Cabo:
A 16% VAT applies to all electronic payments, including credit/debit cards and US checking account payments.
For your convenience, reservations can be secured through our secure payment platform using:
• Credit or debit card payment
• US checking account payment
Please note that processing fees vary depending on the selected payment method and are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the payment platform.
Gratuity for the crew and drivers is not included.
All vessels are fully equipped with life jackets, emergency equipment, and first aid kits. If you have any allergies or medical requirements, please let us know when booking and bring any necessary medication to ensure a safe and comfortable experience aboard.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to accommodate our guests whenever possible.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours before the charter qualify for a full refund of the deposit/payment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 24–48 hours before the charter qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
