Snorkeling in Cabo
The Sea of Cortez at Cabo San Lucas is famously referred to as 'the worlds aquarium'. Home to 2 migrations of Manta rays every year, whales, dolphins, turtles, tropical fish, sharks, eels, seal lions and so much more! While there is so much to see, it is important to know where to go snorkeling to see the best marine life and do it safely.

On our Snorkeling Boat Tour you will be supplied with everything you will need including snorkels, goggles, flippers, lifevests, paddle boards and even a large floating mat to rest on. Our captains and snorkel guides are experienced and knowledgeable about the area to ensure your saftey and the best sights.
The first popular location for snorkeling is Pelican Rock, inside the Bay of Cabo San Lucas. This is a small Haystack rock near the Arch. This location is famous for the underwater water falls, underwater caves, large schools of fish and other marine life. However, most of these are only accessible via Scuba Diving. Via snorkeling you can see an abundance of fish at the surface, pufferfish, manta rays, and sea lions swimming underneath and around you. This is a very popular spot and great on boat tours as it only takes about 15 minutes to arrive at the Rock.
The next locations are right next to each other, but a bit further from Cabo. These locations require at least a 4 hour boat tour (the boat ride out is about 45 minutes, but 4 hours is nessecary for you have time to enjoy and see other sights as well). Here at Santa Maria and Chileno Bay you can see an abundance of tropical and colorful fish. There are lively reefs and marine plants lining the bottom and sides of these areas. As soon as you jump in the water there will be large schools of fish under and around you in all directions. Our professional and knowledgable tour guide with guide you to the best areas and show you some animals you may have missed!
